14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the Mindful AI Practitioner Certification, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, for any reason.

How to Request a Refund

Email jeremy.yencer@gmail.com from the address you enrolled with, within 14 days of purchase. We'll confirm your refund and process it back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days.

After 14 Days

Purchases are non-refundable once the 14-day window has passed. This includes the Founding Member, Community, Established Teacher, Full Price, and Scholarship enrollment tiers.

Cohort and Scheduling Changes

If we cancel or materially delay a cohort you've enrolled in, you'll receive a full refund regardless of the 14-day window, or the option to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort.
