14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the Mindful AI Practitioner Certification, you can request a full refund within 14 days, for any reason. If you enroll before your cohort opens, those 14 days start on the day the course opens rather than the day you paid, so you always get the full two weeks with the material in front of you.

How to Request a Refund

Email jeremy.yencer@gmail.com from the address you enrolled with, within your 14 day window. We'll confirm your refund and process it back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

After 14 Days

Purchases are non-refundable once your 14 day window has passed. This includes the Founding Member, Community, Established Teacher, Full Price, and Scholarship enrollment tiers.

Cohort and Scheduling Changes

If we cancel or materially delay a cohort you've enrolled in, you'll receive a full refund regardless of the 14-day window, or the option to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort.
