Mindful AI LLC ("Mindful AI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Mindful AI Practitioner Certification website and course platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

  • Account information: name and email address when you create an account, log in, or enroll in the course.
  • Payment information: when you enroll, payment is processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We receive confirmation of your purchase, tier, and email address, but we never see or store your full card number.
  • Scholarship applications: the name, email, and personal statement you submit if you apply for a scholarship.
  • Course activity: module progress, assignment submissions, and posts you make in the community forum.
  • Technical data: basic log and cookie data needed to keep you signed in and the Service running securely.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

  • Create and maintain your account and course access;
  • Process payments and scholarship applications;
  • Deliver course content, track your progress, and issue your certificate;
  • Respond to support requests and send service-related communications; and
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third Parties We Share Data With

  • Stripe: payment processing. See Stripe's own privacy policy for how it handles payment data.
  • Supabase: our authentication and database provider, used to store account and course data securely.

We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Cookies

We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data Retention

We retain account and course data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Scholarship applications that are not accepted are retained only as long as needed to evaluate the application.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
